After 13 years and 2 months, I’m ready for a change. It was October, 2007 when I first launched Baked Chicago ( as a creative outlet to share my original recipes.

Now some 500+ recipes and a best-selling cookbook (Baked Chicago’s Simply Decadent Brownies Cookbook) later, I’m breaking out of my kitchen in search of new flavorful adventures wherever they take me. I guess you could say I’m unleashed. Won’t you join me?
